Northwind Yoga was founded in a small timber studio above Vesper Harbour — steps from the ocean and the quiet of early morning skies. We offer a refined, intimate space for vinyasa, yin, breathwork, and stillness. No intimidation. Only calm, and the work of showing up.

Before you arrive

Come as you are.
Leave lighter.

We open 30 minutes before the first class. Walk in slowly. Leave your coat and your week in a locker. Sip some warm water. The studio temperature is maintained at 22°C, and natural ventilation is always on.

Shoes are removed in the foyer. Phones are silenced. Conversation is gentle. This is your space to arrive.
