Before you arrive
Come as you are.
Leave lighter.
We open 30 minutes before the first class. Walk in slowly. Leave your coat and your week in a locker. Sip some warm water. The studio temperature is maintained at 22°C, and natural ventilation is always on.
Shoes are removed in the foyer. Phones are silenced. Conversation is gentle. This is your space to arrive.
